Who Can Apply?
The HERD Institute® EFL Level One Certification is designed to offer training to certified life coaches, licensed educators, organizational leaders, trainers, and human resource professionals who are interested in incorporating horses into their work. The program is also open to equine-specialists and professionals interested in developing an equine-facilitated program. Graduate students may also apply. Admission to the training program will be at the discretion of the HERD faculty.

How do I apply?
What is the application process?
To apply, simply complete our online application form. Once you’ve completed the form and submitted it, the application will be reviewed by our Admissions Team. Once it’s been reviewed, we may request an informal interview, completed via Zoom or via phone, lasting no more than an hour. You will receive a decision shortly after your interview.
Where do the trainings take place?
Our EFL Level 1 Module 3 trainings are located in the US, CANADA & UK. Please refer to the Training Dates table below for the available locations and dates.

*Tuition is in US Dollars and includes all learning materials for online modules, 3-day intensive, and 3 mentoring sessions. It does NOT include travel, and accommodation.
